Phase 1: Define Requirement

The process begins with a consultation to get a clear understanding of your business environment, assess your challenges, identify requirements, and design an implementation plan to meet your objectives.

Phase 2: Configure and Integrate

We work with you to set up the solution exactly the way you need it for your business. This includes importing data from existing systems, configuring apps, implementing custom reports (if applicable), and delivering integration for any third party or proprietary system you already have in place.

Phase 3: Training

Our team of training professionals will design a training program to get your users up to speed before you go live. In-depth train-the-trainer sessions, role specific end-user training, and video tutorials may be used to facilitate a smooth roll-out.

 

Phase 4: Acceptance Testing

To be sure the app has been configured correctly, we provide access to a sandbox environment where pilot users can log in and test the app end to end. We will work with you to correct configuration issues as they arise, and deliver any outstanding training sessions before the final rollout.

Phase 5: Deployment

Once the testing has been completed, we will move your solution to a production environment. At this time, you will complete the final rollout, allowing all users to access and use the system. We will continue to adjust your configuration settings throughout the deployment phase, to ensure you're getting the greatest value from the system.

Phase 6: Success Measurements

During the final phase we will review your success criteria, and verify that all components of are running smoothly. Then we will transition you to support and  work with you on an ongoing basis for tweaks and enhancements as needed.
