The process begins with a consultation to get a clear understanding of your business environment, assess your challenges, identify requirements, and design an implementation plan to meet your objectives.

To be sure the app has been configured correctly, we provide access to a sandbox environment where pilot users can log in and test the app end to end. We will work with you to correct configuration issues as they arise, and deliver any outstanding training sessions before the final rollout.
Once the testing has been completed, we will move your solution to a production environment. At this time, you will complete the final rollout, allowing all users to access and use the system. We will continue to adjust your configuration settings throughout the deployment phase, to ensure you're getting the greatest value from the system.
During the final phase we will review your success criteria, and verify that all components of are running smoothly. Then we will transition you to support and work with you on an ongoing basis for tweaks and enhancements as needed.

After initial screen sharing session to demonstrate our solutions and discuss our expertise, we turn to your business goals, and to drafting a scope of work. It is common on many of our projects to have a fixed fee for a defined scope of deliverables, and a block of hours that is used in a discretionary manner for additional enhancements, problem-solving, or general consulting. As a general breakdown it's typically 70/30 for fixed fee and block of hours. In any situation we will work with your budget to break a project into phases that make sense for your business goals.

Upgrades and migrations are something that we do very routinely. We've literally done hundreds and some have been highly complex multi-tier farm merges. We know how to find third party code, unstable customizations, deprecated solutions, and to restore the health of a SQL database to ensure the success. We're especially proud of our ability in an upgrade to preserve a new version and old version independently, saving synchronization of data until the new farm has been verified and working soundly, so that the actual cutover carries no risk!
